Attorney Hahn is dedicated to providing the highest-quality legal representation to individuals and businesses in the areas of employment law and civil litigation. His employment law practice includes discrimination claims under federal and state laws, wrongful termination/retaliation, wage/hour/overtime claims, employment contracts, including non-compete and non-solicitation covenants, termination consulting, including drafting/reviewing severance agreements, wrongful refusal to rehire, internal investigations, employee handbook development and issues concerning FMLA, COBRA and other employee benefits.

His civil litigation practice includes handling matters in personal injury/premises liability, insurance coverage disputes and bad-faith claims, breach of contract, business disputes, construction defect litigation, trust administration/probate litigation, securities, real estate litigation, products liability, including asbestos claims, and landlord-tenant matters.

Attorney Hahn is a 1997 graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a 2000 graduate of the Marquette University Law School. In addition to being licensed in Wisconsin, he is admitted to practice in the State of Illinois. He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts and the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. He is a member of Wisconsin Defense Counsel, Racine County Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association and the Illinois Association of Defense Trial Counsel. He was also appointed by the Wisconsin Supreme Court as a Special Investigator to the Office of Lawyer Regulation.

He has served as a lecturer on a variety of legal topics and authored a number of articles concerning the practice of law. He has also been selected for inclusion as a Rising Star in Wisconsin’s version of the Super Lawyers magazine and holds an 8.0/10 “Excellent” rating from Avvo.com.
